Today I am sharing something a little bit different with you all – An outfit of the day post featuring this lush ASOS leopard print co-ord.

Ever since I saw Stacey Dooley’s documentary on fast fashion I’ve tried to be more mindful of what I buy. I’m not a saint by any means but I do think twice about what I’m buying and if it’s worth it in the long run.

This leopard print cord co-ord was in my saved items when ASOS announced their 20% off for Black Friday so I snapped it up as I knew I would get a lot of use out of it. Both items can be worn together or separate and the leopard print means I will probably wear them to death (leopard print is for life, not just a trend). I thought they might be a bit uncomfortable as

I also picked up a long sleeve turtleneck body as I’ve been after one for a while. I love ASOS bodies as they fit really well and they don’t fade or lose their shape after a few washes. They’re also pretty comfortable compared to some that I’ve tried in the past!

When purchasing the outfit I had the perfect occasion in mind – The Courteeners gig in Hull. I rarely get dressed up these days (I don’t go out drinking much – even less so since husband broke his leg) so I like to make an effort when I do have something on. Not gunna lie, I was a little bit apprehensive about wearing this as it’s pretty loud but in the end I fell in love with it and I can’t wait to wear it again.

Would you give double leopard print a go? Or do you prefer to be more subtle in your animal print ways?
