Three Ways Travelling Changes Your Life

Alright Blondie Western Australia

You will appreciate things a lot more.
After sharing a room with four sweaty, stinky boys I am so grateful for my room at Jody's parents house. I love not having to wear flip flops in the shower and it's great not having to battle a million over people for the only working gas hob in the kitchen.

Your confidence will grow.
The idea of walking into a room and talking to strangers used to make me feel physically sick, as did picking up the phone to someone I didn't know. After a year of travelling around and organising adventures, talking to people has become second nature to me.

You become a lot more open minded.
I like to think I was always very open minded, especially when it came to things like race, sexuality and religion but after travelling and meeting people from all over the world from all different nationalities it's safe to say I'm a lot more understanding than I ever was before.

How did travelling change your life?

  1. I haven't been travelling but it sounds like such a great and fun experience. Thanks for commenting on my blog, I just decided to look up your blog and I am in love :) x
