A film review: The Kingsmen: Secret Service

If you are a regular reader (HEY if you are!), you will have seen the odd film review on here before. Jodes and I are massive film fans and we're Grand Cinema member's (Get us). Also if you follow me on twitter - Alright_Blondie - you will have more than likely seen my ramblings on there.
So today we went to see Kingsman:The Secret Service - featuring Taron Eagerton (newcomer,  gunna be in Legend with Tom Hardy *Drools*), Colin Firth, Samuel L Jackson, Michael Caine, Mark Strong...To name a few.
Colin Firth plays a totally different to character to any he has ever played (Say bye bye to Mr Darcy) and he takes on a young chav as his candidate to fill a role in a highly secretive, competitive and dangerous organization of spies. Obs this leads to all sorts of goings on and the it also has a super cute pug in it!
I'd defs recommend going in with an open mind - Accept the fact that it's a silly spy film and it's a bit daft and you will love it. The film and the actors don't take themselves too seriously and it is a lot of fun.
It's a good, light movie, released at a perfect time - The cinema's are currently chocka with serious, Oscar nominated films that are slightly morbid. Going to see The Kingsman is money well spent.
Have you seen it? Thoughts?
